Depends on the conditions for euthanasia, I guess. What if we only allow the baby to suffer until an inevitable death?
Apparently, in the Netherlands there are already cases where this is acceptable. Quote:

For me, it is a better source because the Indian Catholic article makes it sound that it is only about the uncomfort that it brings to parents in the 'financial, social and emotional' spheres.
The Times focus also on the question regarding the health of the baby and the pain it endures. It has also more quotes from both supporters and critics.
