I've noted that certain RHP posters appear to be on a crusade to sway popular opinion when it comes to the American election. This is not debating. This is not a discussion of issues. It has no place in this forum. A constant barrage of threads designed soley to smear Barack Obama is SPAM.
Why this is tolerated, I have no idea.

But...
I do have to agree, as far as what really got me started here were all the anti-America(n) posts that I saw. It was just a bash-fest for liberals & European's, and I got tired of seeing the unchecked, inaccurate statements that were being tossed at my country. I love the USA. I know its not perfect, but like having a brother or sister, I can pick on them, but if your not part of this family ...watchout.
I challage all of you to not bring up topics that include sex, politics, or religion. I won't, but if you do, I will respond. I don't think the anti-USA, anti-Bush, andti-McCain, anti-Palin, anti-God, pro-abortion, pro-Obama, pro-big government folks can do it.
I challenge the moderator to remove everything that is not debate material.

Is unhelpful. First, being against the current administrations policies is certainly NOT anti-American. It might be against your personal views. This is part of life in a large society. People will have conflicting views. However, this mentality is detrimental to a DIALOGUE. I am proud of my country and I am proud of the freedoms that it stands for.
Second, you should be careful in your assumptions. I am not pro-abortion. I think that abortion law should be up to the State. I am not pro-"big govt.". However, I am certainly no libertarian. We have govt. for a reason. Let's continue to use our democracy to determine what level of govt. that the majority would like to have.

I took your post to mean the majority of people that are against the current administration.
You spoke in a sweeping generalism. The counter statement to your original statement would be something like "all of the Rush limbaugh neo-con parrots would rather bomb the rest of the world and arrest anyone that disagrees with them."
My point is that I don't think it is productive to attack people for having certain views...especially not broad groups of people. Lets discuss the views, not character attacks.
