Well republicans are remarkably good at digging up emails, I am sure they can figure out who sent them surely? Death threats are, I presume, a criminal offence, so the senders should be charged.
As for 'the new norm' it is clearly Trump and his supporters that are the biggest advocates of violence.

The Huffington post said that Hillary's lead over Trump has gone from +10 during the election to +20 points now.

Trump does not stand a chance.
