Debate question::
I need a little help on my homework assginment, i am struggling on it.
I have to debate on the affirmitive side of the goverment court making this an unconstitutional case of "U.S.A. vs Morrison" (of 2000)
I need points and reasons to argue with te court decision.

First, trust me on this, you want to do your homework before debating this.

A great place to start would be to read the Rehnquist and Thomas Opinions on the case and Breyers' dissent. Souter also has a good Dissent and you should also read that. Just make sure you have some time on your hands to consume it properly. It's long and has a lot of references in it that you should also attempt to familiarize yourself with.

By reading these you will get an idea of what information you want to be armed with during your debate.
