Marauder, that point of view has been on the forum for years....Should a woman abort (or be able to abort) of her own volition. Great question, y'all stay with it. But don't confuse people like Jimmmmm by bringing the Constitution into it. It is not involved, nor is SCOTUS.
The SCOTUS main job is protecting the People from government encroachments on their rights. Therefore, they are very much involved in questions of invasion of the right of bodily autonomy by State penal laws.

Amazing this has to be explaned. The USA is just that, several states united together under a set of laws (constitution)
The people are guaranteed certain rights by that constitution. There is a section (bill or rights) explaining those rights.

The individual states are allowed to give citizens further rights as long as they comply with those listed in the constitution.

I can breakout the crayons and add pictures if need be.

All humans have rights, the same rights. Just because the New Zealand goobermint or the North Korean goobermint abuses those rights doesn't mean people don't have them, it just means exactly what it says, the very organisation supposedly meant to protect those rights is invariably the worst abusers.

Watch it MG, you are digging a hole. If the framers confirmed that the rights came from an entity that it ends up is non-existent, then the 'rights' do not exist!!!!!
