Because it's obvious to any non-idiot. Trump has a long history of misinformation or outright lies; for example, when he lied to America about the seriousness of COVID-19. He's already a proven liar.
A lie is a statement meant to deceive. It has been explained that, like FDR with his fireside chats, Churchill who forever exuded confidence, and other examples, that he was trying to keep a panic from beginning. You know that, you just like to stir things up. I wonder what you liberal people would rather he had done.

Trump meant to deceive no one.

@vivify said
Can you read? No one's disputing that.

The link I posted shows that Brennan said his notes were misrepresented in order to help Trump.
Then, you could tell us what you mean or what Brannan meant when he said his hand written notes were “””misrepresented…””” what

It's a crime to mention Trump in the same sentence as FDR and Churchill.

Right.

FDR was America's first Socialist. You remember him, don't ya Andy?

Hey Joe, I'll bet anything that you're a regular follower of Fox news and the NY Post.

First Socialist? You're betraying your ignorance again.

It's pretty pathetic that all a liar has to do to convince you is to say he lied for your benefit. As a result of his lie and suppression of information, the U.S. has the highest amount of deaths and infections from COVID in the world.

Trump has already been found in court to be a scammer. Remember Trump University.

He absolutely meant to deceive people. His goal had nothing to do with keeping people calm; otherwise, he wouldn't be spreading fear of Mexican immigrants being drug-using rapists. Trump is CONSTANTLY stoking fear. For you to believe, after 4 years of spreading hysteria about Muslims, immigrants, etc., that Trump is trying to "keep a panic from beginning", that shows a jaw-dropping gullibility.

"There are a lot of other CIOLs that talk about the contacts that were taking place between individuals associated with the Trump campaign and the Russians. So he might want to think about trying to balance some of these releases by providing information to the American public about what the intelligence community had unearthed during this period of time about Russia's interactions with those involved in the Trump campaign". ---Brennan.

Trump is trying to make the Russia investigation seem like a hoax; it wasn't. By selectively releasing information, Trump is trying to make it seem like Hillary and the Dems invented Trump's Russia collusion; they didn't.

That's the misrepresentation.

I take exception that Trump 'put economy in the ditch'. This is moronic of you. Covid had something to do with it,,,,,,do you remember our economy pre-covid. The man did that. You are wrong, no matter how much you say O did it. And we get tired of your saying this and that person are liars, when you look a Obama lying about healthcare, and all the lies in his adminis ...[text shortened]... ortant, MG, real important. Your priorities are askew.

And I find your last paragraph deplorable.
I shouldn’t respond to any large extent to your take on Trump’s handling of the economy. But respond I will.
No matter how good you can claim the economy was, management of an economy is not just about how far you can push down on the gas pedal when the road is clear ahead.
It is also about how well one can manage the curves in the road ahead, and the threats that come with them.
How one balances the reopening of an economy with the impacts to other aspects of a society, including the health of its’ citizens, is as important as managing it during the good times.
Your president put his political health ahead of the health of the citizens.
The voters have enough evidence in front of them to make an intelligent decision at the polls this year.

As to your last sentence, I warned you that my question would be sensitive.
But I did keep it respectable and I am reasonably sure it will pass the Mods.

You can label it deplorable all you want.
I am comfortable asking the question.
You just aren’t comfortable answering it.
And that isn’t my problem.

I consider this a rant, impossible to respond to. But I noticed that you mentioned Mexico, referencing, I assume, the invaders that are trying to get in this country and feed off of our resources. Many of you actually think that is a good idea. That is for another discussion, but Trump thinks it is a real real real real real bad idea and of course I agree 100% with him. Someone got after me for taking something out of context, you seem to be taking the word rapists out of context. You seem very casual also about drugs in Mexico, which I guess is the largest source in the world for drugs, and Donald and I do not want them in our country, I think they might hurt our kids. In short, Trump tells the truth about Mexico, and he is committed to his belief they should not come here without approval. Marauder is all for it.........are you? BTW, I’m not changing the subject. You didn’t have one.

No, its not. He wants the entire Findings released and all redactions taken out. You Libs sure do leave out a lot of stuff, and of course this defeats your silly explanation of misrepresentation.

Recall i said he Could conduct Beethoven’s 7th. So, I disagree with you, about all of the complicated things you mentioned above. That is his specialty. Close your eyes and imagine Joe Biden handling anything!

Your othrr observations are debatable, but one of his virtues is confidence and a positive attitude, he can really encourage people to be prosperous and successful, too words you might have to look up in the dictionary. Maybe this is why you all hate him so much, because you never followed that simple advice of his. Man, you should have.😶

“We’re getting additional insight into Russian activities from [REDACTED],” Brennan notes read. “CITE [summarizing] alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service,” Brennan’s notes read.
----------------
Stir up that scandal!! And all the little demo-bobble-heads have been repeating it ever since!!

“That’s a pretty stunning thing that it doesn’t ring a bell,” Graham fired back. “You get this inquiry from the intelligence community to look at the Clinton campaign trying to create a distraction, accusing Trump of being a Russian agent or a Russian stooge.”

Trying to create a distraction... No kidding!! Hilary was NAILED with cheating in
the Democratic Primary and the illegal server in her home. So the DNC and Hilary
immediately cooked up the Russian Hoax, turning lemons into lemonade. Way to go, CHEATERS!!

Libs are in denial. Classic stuff. Just like Biden is in denial about the horrible corruption and I raking in of money by all of the members of his family while riding on his coattails as our vice president despicable
