The one that is most relevant to government projects is "using the power of the dominant ethnic group to legally discriminate against minorities". This is why some people say that you can't be racist against whites in the USA.

It's unnecessarily difficult to try to find Navy pilots who are also specialists in other fields. Nobody wants an all pilot crew on anything. When you were flying on Air Force bombers were you a pilot? Should they only have allowed pilots to do your job?
Diversity was central to US victory in the Pacific Theater in WW2. We* cracked every code the Axis tried.
