You're an imbecile. He also mentioned members of the US Navy and pilots, both like himself. That's not suggesting any of those groups are "inferior" to anyone; it just saying a crew that lacked diversity wouldn't be anywhere as good as one that was diverse with different backgrounds and experiences (obviously assuming that all members were competent).

You realize that a lot of ex- military have different qualifications and advanced degrees in engineering, etc, besides having been pilots?
It's his claim that having an all white crew would be a disaster that sticks in my craw. It was a blatantly racist thing to say.

The one that is most relevant to government projects is "using the power of the dominant ethnic group to legally discriminate against minorities". This is why some people say that you can't be racist against whites in the USA.

I think the more we got into *diversity*, the more directionless and violent society became.
The only ones that want to play those stupid games are white liberal politicians.
The more doors are open to minorities, the more the country's leadership begins to actually look like America.
And what you still do not understand is that being liberal is a good thing. A conservative stance is welcoming and demanding the status quo. How's that been working out for us? America NEEDS "all hands on deck" to get us out of this one.
