Oh while I was watching uterus transplants for men, I saw where the Squad all have student loans and are pushing for me to pay their debts.!! Would I lie? AOC has a loan balance of $60k, which, by the way, she took out voluntarily. I had nothing to do with it. Is that fair, y'all talk fair a lot.................
@averagejoe1 saidNot news. Freedom of speech is protected in the US. Does Fox news know this?

Conspiring to steal an election is illegal. As it should be.
@wildgrass saidwho conspired to steal an election?

need some proof, not just words
@mott-the-hoople saidDonald Trump allegedly, now he will have a chance to refute the allegations, I’m not convinced he’ll do the same for anyone that incurs his wrath if you halfwits ever get Donald the Don back in the White House

@mott-the-hoople saidThere's so much out there Mott. I suggest reading jack smiths indictment.

All legal challenges were fully resolved. All states had definitively certified election results. No federal power exists to override states decisions to certify election results. They tried anyway. They just made it up, misrepresenting both facts and law, which was an illegal conspiracy.
Eastman wrote to Mike pence asking him to consider violating the electoral count act. This request was coordinated with an effort to prevent Biden from reaching 270 votes by illegally challenging state-certified results.
None of that was legal or should be legal. None of it has anything to do with their right to say the election was stolen.
Call it whatever you want. A grift, a con, a conspiracy, a coup, or just a bunch of dumb lawyers with dumb ideas and too much power. It's still illegal.
@averagejoe1 saidThey didn't do anything about it, genius.

@averagejoe1 saidUm how's a crowd going to impeach a president? This obviously isn't in the same realm as what trump's crackpot team of lawyers actually did to overturn an election.
Oh, Really, Suzianne? Maxine Waters is on the list. She riled up a crowd, inciting them to Impeach 45, you may recall. Incited, Suzianne. Let's see, I may be able to find a video.........

@wildgrass saidWell, following your logic, how could a 'crowd' have couped the Capitol?

Both sides of your mouth on this one, Wildgrass. I think the Trump lawyers should use my point as a defense!!!
@averagejoe1 saidThe crowd did what Trump wanted them to do i.e. disrupt the certification of the Electoral College votes. If they had actually captured the representatives (as many intended to do), it might have been far worse.

@averagejoe1 saidBTW, nowhere in that video does she "deny election results".

@no1marauder saidWildgrass said a crowd cannot impeach a president. I simply countered that a crowd cannot take over the US Capitol, meaning take it over. Become the rulers over the usa. Sure they could have barricaded in a takeover, but about 330M people might have just stopped it.

So, neither his crowd nor my crowd could do either. You seem to be writing about what Trump 'wanted them to do' which is absolutely irrelavent to these posts.
@averagejoe1 saidAs Jeffrey Clark said: "That's why there's an Insurrection Act."

An illegitimate overturning of the Electoral College delegations caused by a mob wouldn't have been opposed by Trump's administration. In fact, he might very well have used force to enforce it.
@averagejoe1 saidYeah they disrupted. They stopped the count. They took it over. Legislators ran and hid. The vote counters reconvened much later in the evening after security cleared them to return. That crowd did stuff for sure. They did what was asked of them.

The real crimes were cooked up by the lawyers though, with a seemingly legitimate plot to install a president in office who lost an election. Did Maxine do that?
