Yes. The sale of crack is a willing exchange by both sides. Concentration camps are not.

Not really.
Ah, it's the old: "I force you to do something that's bad for you, or I take
advantage of you willingly doing something that's bad for you"-dilemma.
Are they equal in a moral sense because they're both motivated only
by selfish reasons, leaving people to hang and not caring one moment
about the trail of suffering they leave behind?

Yes, I'd say Hitler and 2Pac are the same in that sense. Possibly 2pac is
worse since Hitler had the decency to at least end the suffering of
his prisoners once they were useless to him and his state. 2Pac probably
left the poor addicted suckers who couldn't afford it to...

WAIT! 2Pac was a drug dealer!?? 😲
