The latest game of you Wokies, and whomever else we have skulking around in the Forum.
The waiter usually has to pay a tab for losers who walk off on the check. Do y'all recognize any of the people who are doing it, there are several links at google. I didn't recognize any of them. Imagine that.
God, what is happening. Hey, to any losers amongst you..., If they voted, which they don't, who do you think they would vote for.
You libs sure provide entertainment, I will give you that. Give you that!!?!? Something free!!!!!??
@averagejoe1 saidSo when did the national ‘woke’ committee meet to decide on this new strategy of not paying their restaurant bills.

@kevcvs57 saidI don't think they are organized, you silly goose. Have to remain scattered so as to avoid detection! Maybe they use WhatsAp. Like car jackers. Surely there can't be a 'Jack 'Em Limited'.

@kevcvs57 saidIt has increased tenfold since the advent of woke. I hate to break it to you. WSJ would not otherwise report on this phenomenon.. You may not be familiar with WSJ.

@averagejoe1 saidIn many other countries they would be caught and beaten senseless. It would be their last offense. Some countries tolerate BLM and Woke stupidity.

@averagejoe1 saidSo, the 1960’s?

@rajk999 saidNo other countries have BLM as such.

But, generally speaking, most countries don’t oppose the notion that black lives matter.
Woke; ie, that racism is systemic, is, again, in most countries well known. Much the same as poverty is systemic as well.
Your point being?
@AverageJoe1 you seem obsessed with the false notion that liberals want "free stuff" from the government, and hence everyone else who pays taxes. You never attack the rich tax evaders who are truly getting a huge payoff from the government. In fact, you have attacked the IRS for going after rich tax cheats. On Friday the Internal Revenue Service announced that increased federal funding under the Inflation Reduction Act and the help of artificial intelligence will enable a new push to go after 1,600 millionaires who owe at least $250,000 and 75 large businesses with assets of about $10 billion apiece that owe hundreds of millions of dollars in taxes.
@phranny saidSo why are you just repeating today's news story, IRS doing their job. I hope they catch them. If I pay, they should pay.

What has all that go to do with the dependence of libs and dems on government, on the productivity of other people.
@averagejoe1 saidWhy should the server have to pay the tab if a customer walks out on the check?

This should be illegal; the establishment is benefiting from the customer's business and should accept the risks incident to it.
EDIT: It is in my State: " In some states, such as New York, a restaurant cannot require an employee to pay for losses incurred from dine and dash." https://www.eposnow.com/us/resources/how-common-is-dine-and-dash/
@no1marauder saidMarauder and I agree. That is why I thought it needs to be threshed out here. It is Vinny's Deli, his business, so his business is to have a system where he gets paid for his product.

If an employee make as car that a guy gets in and drives away, the company needs to plug that dyke....it's the company's dyke.
@athousandyoung saidI guess living in a bubble has had me miss a few things! I think I will go out on a slow-traffic day and see what it is like to walk in a street, maybe carry a sign of some sort. But I prob will stop short of walking a check at the diner on Maple Street.
Gypsies have been doing this for centuries.
