I have tried (really, I have) to justify the existence of liberals in their present state, or post-1967 for that matter, and I just can't seem to get it right. Any suggestions?

Floyd's right. Your best hope is to start building a fifty foot wall around Austin. You can't destroy us, but you might be able to save yourself.

I thought republicans and died out as a species when natural evolution left them behind due to their failure to adapt to the modern climate?
Having said that, the liberals aren’t that far off either. Mrs Clinton is a train wreck.
