Inconceivable. They launched at least 60 court cases and won a grand total of 1.

It is probably a trap to show up their evidence in a great turning point immediately before the closing. It will make for a high paying Oscar baiting movie.

Holy horse harness. They're asking for $1.3 billion!

It seems like we might get to the truth after all. These lawyers are asking for depositions, cross-examinations, discovery, and evidentiary hearings. They've already had several news organizations publish frank apologies for lying. It's a far cry from the cobbled together lawsuits filed by the Trump team.

Yea for capitalism.

Actually smartmatic has also filed a defamation lawsuit. They demand 2.600.000.000 $. I doubt that Guiliany and Powell own that amount of money, but surely Trump will help out.

I think it’s FOX news their going after, even their normally rational and reticent commentators suggested that the machines were being programmed from the grave of Hugo Chavez. 😂
