Donald Trump admitted on video that he did not win the 2020 election.
The former president Donald Trump conceded his defeat -- which could become a key piece of evidence in the various investigations of his attempts to overturn the loss -- during an interview with a panel of historians convened by Princeton professor Julian Zelizer published by The Atlantic. “I didn’t win the election,” Trump said.
I'm not sure how much it matters at this point, or how much this admission will have on the multitude of legal issues surrounding it, but it seems that Donald J Trump is coming to terms with the fact that our American Constitution and system of government does not revolve around one person.

Trump didn't concede defeat. He still claimed the election was "rigged", So he still won't admit that he lost legitimately.
What is noteworthy is that Trump called those historians because he wants to be remembered as "a conventional president with a moderate record", Out of all the uncountable stupidities and falsehoods to come out of his mouth, that one takes the cake.

He isn't running in 2024 so why is he still talking?
Trump Lost the 2020 Election. He Has Raised $207.5 Million Since.
And that was in April of last year. Trump is definitely running again.
@book-and-bored saidIt's probably part of the Trump Foundation's liquid fund by now.
Wasn't that money raised for the election recount crap?
@book-and-bored saidthe article says Trump has already started talking about running in 2024.
Wasn't that money raised for the election recount crap?
This should make it clear:
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/mar/27/trump-cash-money-raising-election-2024
Trump raises – and hoards – huge sums of 2024 cash
Trump is merely using a loophole to raise exorbitant amounts for reelection. By not officially declaring the PAC to be reelection funds, he can exceed the legal limit for Super Pacs.
If that's still not clear enough, the article quotes Trump's own words: "In 2024 we are going to take back that beautiful White House."
