News reporting, weather by television, newspaper, or internet is generally not very inspiring. Murder, political scandals, sex scandals, financial trauma, suicides, kidnapping etc. are the usual topics being reported. Better to read a few pages of an inspiring book, or do some chess tactics in the morning, rather than start your day with a head full of negative news. This little idea of morning reading and/or chess study has made my days a little happier. 😏
