[McCullogh] claimed the delta variant “really is not responsive at all, or protected at all by the vaccines” and there is “no clinical reason to go get vaccinated.”

Put some facts on the table. So what exactly in the quoted papers of CDC is wrong and can be rebutted by other peer-reviewed scientific publications.
And since Dr. McCullogh has (in his own words) 55 peer-reviewed papers on the topic out it should be a piece of cake for you. [Just saying as a scientist: To author more than one paper as lead author per month is near to impossible, so in most papers he will have provided "funding" and "supervision", in other words not done meaningful science)
btw. It seems that Dr. McCullough believes (at least co-authored a publication which states succesful isolation) that SARS-CoV-2 has been isolated (10.1016/j.chest.2021.04.062). Something the foremost virology expert in the world (you) says is a lie.
