In the 2007 report of the International Narcotics Control Board, it is affirmed that drugs become more expensive when Mexico succeeds in the war against the drug cartels.

Why not relocating the U.S. in Russian territory or, even better, in Australia?

My drug is now legal in California, so I doubt it was being smuggled through Mexico much.
Specifically where in that report does it refer to "success in the war against drug cartels"?

I've never met a funny, witty or charming Texan in real life, though.
Slimjim is the only exception in this website. The guy kicks ass.
I regret to inform that you're not in the list, though.
