To repeat myself, I agree with law-abiding citizens having the right to own guns. What I object to is judicial activism -- I'm not interested in overturning the ruling on the 2nd amendment, just in pointing out the judicial activism by the five conservative judges. It's hypocritical given that Bush and McCain have been claiming that their conservative appointees would interpret the Constitution strictly. That simply didn't happen in this case.

So says you. You should be a judge. You don't agree with the judges?.......So! Did you read what the founding fathers thought about the 2nd? Very easy to understand!
