This was a dumb thread from the start.
Conjured up by those who are running out of anything of substance to say about the current administration.
I contributed a couple of posts on page 1 and then stepped away.
But I now see that the narrative driving this thread had gone into the ridiculous with posters making dumb remarks responding to their own posts, which were already dumb remarks.
Time to put this out of its' misery. π€
@mghrn55 saidyeah, kind of hard to defend video evidence isnt it?

@mott-the-hoople saidNo one likes my perfect analogies. Could it be that there is no rebuttal for same.

@mghrn55 saidIm REALLY proud of explaining the stupidity of pumping money into the hands of citizens so that they can spend it!!!” Haha, …It .Is the same thing as taking money from the local grocer and then coming into that grocery store and spending the money. This is so oversimplified you cannot get it,,,,,you cannot get simple points and you cannot get complicated points.
Yeah. That's it. No rebuttal !! ππ
Can anyone step up and see this point?
@averagejoe1 saidHonest answer? Well...
Are republicans more like sheep, dependent followers, mob members....or are the libs more like that? Honest answer?
Democrats are debating between Biden, Sanders, AOC, Harris, a few fools still hoping for Hillary, wossname from the Mid West, and a handful of others.
Republicans are all, either overtly or by omission, Trumptards.
There's your red-hatted sheeple analysis for you... sheep.
@mott-the-hoople saidChina, Russia, North Korea... what's the difference?
a president owned by china

@averagejoe1 saidWrong. Because those with a lower income have a higher Marginal Propensity to Consume (MPC) than those with high incomes, redistributing income actually increases overall economic activity and by much more than $1 to $1 because of the multiplier effect. Since the overall economy is largely dependent on Consumption (which is about 2/3 of the US' GNP), the US' rather grotesque distribution of income, heavily tilted towards the top 10%, inhibits overall economic growth.
Hello? Wildgrass? I can help you Differentiate. The handouts, the welfare, does not produce any revenue nor come back in any form into our treasury. It is going forever, deducted right out of our treasury.
Conversely, the subsidies and other expenses of that nature serve a purpose of boosting the econyand result in happy returns!!!!
Not bad, for a guy that does not understand capitalism!!! Happy Thanksgiving to everybody.

@dood111 saidHis prose, if you will, leaves me breathless.
Wow when did you become a professor of economics?
Imagine if we were all sitting in a pub just shooting the breeze and talking about these great issues, and having to listen to that . We would look at each other, and say is that for real !?!?? I’d say hey barkeep, do you have a lectern back there...
@no1marauder saidAnd note: that is not Libtard theory. That isn't theory at all. That has been demonstrated, time and again, all over the world. As has the opposite: just look at failed African states where all the money is in the hands of a few warlords sponsored by American and Chinese neo-colonialism.

@averagejoe1 saidYes it’s so over simplified that only an inbred head banger could get it. ππ

5 pages and counting because your personal literacy level means you do not know what “quote” “end of quote” means.
Oh BTW that grocer analogy didn’t work the first time you mistakenly employed it and it’s not making anymore sense with age, which is analogous with you Joe.
