Orange juice, a raw egg, and one ounce of sweet red wine (blended).

If that fails, then a coca-cola and 2 aspirins.

If that fails, then drink a hot coffee afterwards.

It's so easy to fire oneself up that those 'energy drinks' are a scam.

Caffeine doesn't provide energy though, it just liberates energy that you already have.

It can also be harmful (even dangerous) to drink caffeine drinks while doing vigorous exercise.

Do you mean like dancing for 48 hours while pumped to the eye-balls with pills?

I didn't have that in mind. Are you saying that what I get up to each weekend isn't such a good idea?

Think about it. one can of red bull is the equivalent of at least a few cups of coffee, and dancing for that long could be interpreted as strenuous excercise.

but then again, it might help shed the pounds 😉

some of the fatties you see in london's clubs (usually the ones in the shortest skirts) might need to dance for a little longer....
