You'd really have to substantiate the charge, Jimm. Name some of the guilty. Spell out what they did to orchestrate this.

It sounds to me like voting in a particular location in a city/town is a local decision.
Which means, the democrats of that city/town pick the polling place.

What they mean, of course, is that they want every Republican vote to count. Democrats aren't human to them.
