“"It said [Trump] was spreading falsehoods, that [he] was undermining integrity of the election — that is all part of the First Amendment," Turley said. "And I think that courts will look skeptically."

“"Those were the claims the Democrats used in the impeachment and said the evidence was absolutely clear, people like (Rep.) Adam Schiff and others saying [Trump] is clearly guilty of those crimes," Turley explained. "Well, they’re not in here."

You clearly have not read the actual indictment, they cover that little tidbit quite thoroughly, they actually explain the difference between spouting falsehoods and criminal behavior.
This is NOT about first amendment rights, Trump blew right through that directly to criminality.,

But you want to have your head in the sand while the REAL world learns of all the intricate details of the plot including the fake elector scheme touted by Eastman and the rest of the rat pack.
Trump KNEW good and well he lost but he continued to weaponizing his false claims as shown by SIXTY court cases he lost trying to prove thousands of dead folks voted and such. I suppose you will also poo poo his phone call to the Georgia DA, I just want to find 11,780 votes and we will win Georgia.

The DA rejected that piece of criminality.

And all the rest. I DARE you, READ THE WHOLE INDICTMENT, it is only 45 pages long, surely you have read that much in one sitting SOMETIME in your life?

Spreading falsehoods undermining the integrity of the election is perfectly legal. That is what the actual indictment said.

You clearly have not read the actual indictment
