I only ask this question/meaningful point because it seems pertinent
in any developed, multicultural society and I've never heard it asked.

It seems to me rather the type of question that could increase prejudices. In a multi-cultural society, rather than labelling each other into groups at every given opportunity, people should be seen in their own right.

Thequick made a simple statement asking people to say something GOOD about different people, and somehow you find a way to turn this into a prejudice thing. Are you out of your mind? What can I say, ridiculous generalisations really get my goat. Perhaps the debates forum should come with a warning that some people may take issue with some things you say.

So you believe your opinions to be incorrect, and yet you still insist on letting us know... In this case, however, my opinion is that it doesn't make sense to form opinions about groups of people based on the actions of a few. It's not too hard a concept to grasp is it? Whether you were trying to be nice about people or not, I don't see a difference.

Unfortunately that fine, dashing fellow in my Avi is not me. And I'm still trying to work out what an un-ironed face is.
