Dems have corrupted just about every govt agency, why should we believe the fbi when they have shown to be corrupt?

Until 3 months ago, Republicans were the ones in power and controlled most of Congress ever since the Obama's second year in office. So if you believe the FBI is "corrupt", thank Republicans.

The FBI director is chosen by the president, (and the Attorney General, and the head of the EPA, etc). So yes, they can change with elections, just like they just did with Biden.

Trump was investigated for trying to obstruct justice by firing Comey, not just for firing him. Trump tried to get Comey to drop an investigation into Trump and Russia, and Comey wouldn't.
