So how do we know that vaccines are working?
@eladar saidProbably because it would reveal most people already had it and have natural immunity and do not need a vaccine. It would also reveal how close we are to herd immunity and that is why deaths have peaked and dropped, not because of the gene vaccines.
I wonder why they do not want people to know if they have as antibodies or not.
It would also deny people like me that have already had covid to get a vaccine passport without being harassed with multiple tests to prove I don't have covid. We have every right to refuse a vaccine without testing harassment when we already have immunity.
Allowing antibody tests would defeat the whole purpose of a vaccine mandate if the goal is a type of Chinese credit system.

It says that antibody tests can determine previous exposure to COVID but are not effective for determining immunity. Just because you were infected with COVID, that doesn't mean you're now immune. Antibody tests fail to detect certain proteins, which vaccines provide, that play a role in immunity.
The FDA isn't saying antibody tests should stop, just that they shouldn't be used to determine immunity,
