Presidents losing the House and enate in mid-term has happened before.
In fact, it is quite common.
2024 should be interesting.
Dems will have to come up with a strong candidate to field in 2024.
And GOP too I expect. Trump will do well just to stay out of jail.

Just because Mitch McConnell laid out the obstruction strategy very early on.

Potential dictatorships are born out of the rise of a particular individual that somehow manages to create a cult like status of himself.
I've been watching a documentary series on the rise and fall of Hitler.
The similarities between Hitler and Trump are somewhat of an eye opener.
I don't think Trump will ever become as bad as Hitler (the slope of the current geo-political climate isn't as slippery).
But the trajectory is the same.
