I dont know about you but I think film certificats are to strict. What gives them the right to descide what we can see. 18 age certificats should not exist. It should be up to the parents. Also films do not turn people into murdurers.

The age certificates and the certificates which ban movies altogether. This sometimes happens in Britain. Like "Clockwork Orange" was banned because it would be too corrupting. (more like the snipes at the orange order were out of order...but that's another point altogether).
I can imagine some films being "too deep" for certain age groups. I don't think that violence in films is any worse than the violence we see on the news.
And there is absolutely nothing wrong with sex!
It's always best to teach kids how to deal with sex, violence and swearing, rather than to try to protect them from it. That generally just leads to them encountering it anyway and having no framework of mind to deal with it.
As for banning films because they are too corrupting...The board who watched it are then obviously corrupted. And if they're corrupted and earning that salary...I want to be corrupted too!
