Votes were flipped in Antrim county Michigan. That was not a lie.
The only reason Fox had to settle is because leaked messages revealed some of them did not believe what they were reporting. Dominion's assertion that their machines did not change or flip votes is false.

Votes were flipped. The only reason it was caught is because someone noticed something was not right which led to hand counting the ballots. The vote flipping was corrected in the end. no1 tried to argue that no vote flipping took place because it was caught and reversed. Flipping votes twice does not prove no vote flipping took place.
Then no1 tries to argue the vote flipping that unquestionably took place was not the fault of dominion voting machines because someone forgot to download the new software. In other words, doing nothing is user error. But there is no evidence that is what happened because the MI AG prevented a software audit.
All we know is that the dominion machines flipped votes because of the software.

In other words, Dominion voting machines flipped votes because someone "did nothing". You should be asking why a correct vote count is dependent on new software being installed and why the old software screwed up the count.
Why did the old software screwed up the count? Can't a voting machine be made that is not dependent on a software change? Seems like voting machine design error to me.

I don't know why Fox settled without a fight. The news media lies all of the time and even if proving with emails that someone knowingly lied is horrible them Fauci is just as horrible if not more horrible. Dominion said Fox's lies caused Dominion harm to their business, but Fauci lying about face masks causes harm to people's health. Isn't that even worse?

So why hasn't Fauci been sued for defamation? If he lied the second time when he told people to wear masks he caused people to waste a lot of money collectively on buying useless face masks. If he lied the first time he jeopardized people's health by making them vulnerable to the SARS virus.
Any way you cut this it is contradictory nonsense. Did someone pay Fox to settle even though they told the truth? This is going to spur all sorts of conspiracy theories. People are going to accuse Fox of helping Dominion to continue stealing elections. Less than a billion to be able to steal elections again and again is a real bargain if you think about it.
