Yes, it is just a matter of time. It's inevitable.

At which point we can start some anti-smoking campaigns similar to those against cigarettes 🙂

It always caused me to listen to musicians who were making it up as they went along.

Cigarette smoke causes cancer. Whether the drug being delivered by the cigarette is marijuana or nicotene may make a slight difference, but probably doesn't make an enormous difference.

Teach your daughter to smoke it in pipes rather than rolling it in spliffs with tobacco. But wait till she starts school.

No no no. We need her to be a productive member of society so we can retire and live off her labor (She won't mind because she's so moderate).

Nobody smokes as much marijuana as people do tobacco cigarettes.

They defined heavy marijuana use as 22,000 times in a lifetime.

A 2 pack a day smoker does that many in two years.

Apples and oranges.

Its apples and oranges as you say because the tobacco is not what causes the cancer.
It is the carcinogens in cigarettes that cause cancer . These are not present in pot.

Well, if no one is a "heavy" enough marihuana smoker, then what is the problem?

OT: promoting the use of cannabis will probably benefit public health since cannabis does not go well together with alcohol and alcohol is a very serious public health hazard.
