Homosexual activity may occur in prisons but there are like very few who actually identify as homosexual and would want to seek marriage. The phenomenon is well known as 'situational homosexuality'. It presents no obstacle to same-sex marriage.

So far in this thread you have said nothing in defence of your right to sovereignty etc. If anything you have said the exact opposite. As for the prison system, you earlier seem to think that using rape as a deterrent for criminal activity was a good thing, now you seem to have totally reversed your stand.
