LMAO! There is no indication that any of the 6 persons who resigned from the small, 54 bed hospital were physicians. All indications is that they were, at best, nurses:

"“If we can pause the service and now focus on recruiting nurses who are vaccinated, we will be able to reengage in delivering babies here in Lewis County,” said Cayer."

50 percent of healthcare workers and hospital staff in Riverside County are refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine. Keep in mind that Riverside County, California has a population of approximately 2.4 million. A survey conducted at Chicago’s Loretto Hospital shows that 40 percent of healthcare workers will not take the COVID-19 vaccine once it’s available to them.

I assume they were vaccinated so that they will not catch COVID? Then, if that keeps one from catching it, why don't the employees of businesses make a personal decision to get a vaccination, so that they won't catch it? Then, Biden will not have to protect them from the losers who do not get vaccinated. Biden will not have to FORCE vaccinations, as he is trying to mandate.
Everyone unvaccinated at the business can just catch it, or be fired, or whatever. What!!??! Be fired? Yes, employer can fire a guy who is not vaccinated.
I just don't see a problem here, where Biden wants to mandate that employees be vaccinated. Why? And why worry about people who want to roll the dice? Who cares?

You cherry picked a study that is bunk. It has a small sample size. I don't even know how accurate any poll is because reporting data on worker vaccinations is voluntary. Only about half of hospitals have chosen to share their numbers, but here is one that says different than yours to demonstrate the contrast.
