No doubt he judges that putting US foreign policy in the hands of a hotheaded ignoramus is irresponsible and that even elevating a political opponent is preferable.
That not every politician behaves like a partisan shill is comforting.

he JUST used a press conference where he was supposed to apologize for his absurd birther stance to promote his hotel (and not offer a single apology) and you have the balls to present him as the champion of the people.
