I'm curious to hear some thoughts from US citizens on this issue (and form anyone else who's got 2 cents to spare). For those not familiar with the term, it refers to creative redistricting to maximize the number of seats your party is likely to get. Both the Democrats and Republicans do it.

Now there is an idea - a US presidental election decided direcvtly by all Americans. Might even help lift voter turnout.
