As you surely know, I never make predictions about jury verdicts. I didn't make one here or in either of those cases.

But if any of you clowns ever get around to expressing actual legal reasons why this conviction should be overturned, I'm certainly willing to evaluate them based on NY Criminal Law and esp. the results of appeals.

I can tell you for sure that whini ...[text shortened]... ut the supposed political makeup of the jury is not a winning strategy in NY State criminal appeals.

But even if you falsely believe differently (you have many false beliefs so this would be just another), the question asked was what legal reasons you have for believing this conviction will be overturned.
