God is the giver of life so he is male? That is ridiculous! That does not make God male! God is not a corporeal entity, so how can we know that God is male or female? You are you are assigning what you consider to be male attributes to God to justify your beliefs.
Who said Mary was doing a lesbo act???? If you believe in God as the creator of all life, then can God not , male or female, impregnate Mary?
Moses, like all men in the Bible, lived in a male dominated society which, of course, would perceive God as male. 🙂

What is happening in Genesis is that God is creating in the order of higher and higher levels of creation. I don't think you would dispute that. We find Adam lonely. You remember everything that God created was labeled as "good." But with Adam we first here the term "lo tov" (not good) to describe his situation as he is lonely. Eve is a further and higher level of creation as she brings him to consciousness (awareness). This concept is so much more important than whether God is a man or a woman. God is the creator of completion.
