Their country is militarily occupied and their homes can be entered at will by foreign troops. They can be arrested by those troops and held without charges for whatever period the foreigners feel is ...[text shortened]... do. Is that your definition of "free"? We all like progress, we just hate the "act now and ask questions later" attitude, especially when so much is at stake.
