Lost in the large number of GOP verbal missteps in the last 2-3 months is the growing problem of technology. It seems the GOP's technology tools and ability pinpoint potential voters lags far behind that of the Democrats. Mitt Romney in 2012 and John McCain in 2008 both complained about this, but this issue seems stuck on the back burner. Like it or not, the GOP is going to have to come to grips with the fact that the tools of technology can make a big difference in winning elections on the local, state, and federal levels. The GOP often refers to Democrats as the "educated elite." Perhaps they are sending the message that we need stupid people running our country. Hmmmm....
