Are you counting prison? Fine. Women, outside of prison, are the overwhelming majority of rape victims.
But your logic is faulty, too, when you specify "domestic violence".
This is not *my* logic, I didn't pass the bill. Domestic violence is a specific problem, hence why this is being specifically addressed.
So all the people that are shot/mugged in the streets of Chicago and elsewhere are not really victims of violence because these were not "domestic" crimes??

Now it's a different story. Now ALL republicans almost to the person HATE anything proposed by democrats, it wouldn't matter if it was a bill allowing overtime for a federal dog catcher, it was started by a democrat so NO.
Republicans are the party of NO.
