This is the future. The powers that be who have the most money to buy hackers to fix votes wins.

Today, it will probably be George Soros. As long as Soros is alive, he probably will never lose another election. With his money the man will probably live to be about 340 years old.

I think not. Voting booths are not connected to the internet in any way, nor are mail in ballots. So, how can a hacker "fix votes"??
