As for me: Money-wise I am better off than I was 21 months ago, because I have started receiving Social Security benefits this year. I am also able to have a somewhat decent Bronze-level insurance plan (in case of emergency) that only costs me about $127 a month instead of about $1100 a month.
However, as someone who does not live in complete isolation, I think it's also important to be concerned about the welfare of others -- not only in our country, but around the world as well.
You mention a lot of things in your excited litany that are not necessarily the result of one administration or another. Seems like padding for effect.
And also, in a way I am worse off, because I see the degraded and devolved way that people insult each other in the 21st Century instead of trying to find solutions and compromises, and it's kind of depressing.
