did anyone hear about how Haringey Council (in north east london) failed to save a small child from being killed despite 60 visits by care workers police and others. (yes 60!). the poor kid finally died due to the physical abuse he suffered, including broken ribs, a broken back, fingernails pulled off, battered and bruised head etc ec. can you believe that the doctor to whom he was brought shortly before he died decided not to examine him because he seemed cranky and unhappy! his foul mother lived in disgusting conditions with a violent boyfriend and lodger, a rottweiller and other dogs. i can not believe how care workers visited that sick set-up repeatedly and failed to do anything effective about it. this makes me and many others very angry, its a national scandal and some major heads need to roll because of it.http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/7725415.stm

workers AND medical doctors all miss to realise the danger this child was
in!? Are they stupid, lazy or just plain incompetent!? I don't get it.
I recommend the skin-pealing->salt-water soak->desert trip SJ suggested,
for the whole bloody lot of them.
