Reid's comment sounded like more of a prediction than a vow. It cites specific conservative intentions that he says have not and will not get anywhere. Reid is as much as saying Romney should moderate his agenda away from "severely conservative" (which I think he will if elected) if he wants cooperation. Big surprise. Nothing wrong with that.
