Probably not, but he's still poking the bear.
I note that Putin has had the Russian laws changed about when a nuclear attack is legitimate.
Good news everybody!
What Biden is doing looks like a last ditch attempt to help Ukraine get some of its land back, before trump comes along and gives everything Russia is standing on to Putin.
@shavixmir saidThat does appear to be his strategy. (Give Ukraine some bargaining chips).

@Ghost-of-a-Duke saidApparently the EU is standing behind Ukraine, and providing long-range missiles to fire over 150 miles into Russian territory. British made missiles in particular. Take a guess who Putin will be pissed off with if British Storm Shadow missiles hit one of their towns.

-Removed-Did you forget that in the 1994 Budapest Memorandum both the US and Russia pledged 'security assurances against the threat or use of force against Ukraine’s territory or political independence.' This is what convinced Ukraine to give up nuclear arms.
Putin is the only one who violated that agreement and destabilized the region.
If a nuclear war happens over Ukraine, the blame falls 100% on Putin. No one else. 😆
