Has the Delta variant been isolated?

If so, how do we know it is really more deadly and more contagious?

The way you know it is more contagious is that it becomes ever more the dominant variant when people are tested and found positive.

I believe the English variant (the Kent variant) is called the Alpha variant. And that single-handedly caused Europe’s lockdown from January until now.

In England, the Delta variant is spreading faster than their vaccination roll-out. So much so, they are postponing the easing of restrictions, most countries have banned travel from Britain and there are contingency plans for two Euro 2020 games that are planned to be held at Wembley.

I’m not exactly sure what you mean by “isolated”.
If you mean: have they stuck it in a fridge and castrated it… nope.
If you mean: have they a clean picture of what it is… yes. Otherwise they wouldn’f know it was a variant.

And it’s got two mutations to it.
But you can just read that online. It’s not like special knowledge for CIA ears only…

How do we know the delta variant has not been here all along? I'll bet we do not even know how many variants there are and knowing one is more contagious and/or deadly than other variants is impossible to know this soon.

There is no evidence any variant is more deadly than the original 4 variants. This is more made up BS unless it is a man made variant intentionally released to punish those who are not vaccinated and sell more vaccines.
