Here is a link on this, an old man in a president suit with the answers. You boys best be careful what you wish for. Could be gone when you get my age. I held off getting it after I was 65, so it becomes more ($5200) when you let it ride. Don't hate me, it all goes to Charity.

But, your man is going to ruin it for you. Glad I won't be here to see it happen. 🙁 😞
@averagejoe1 saidOK, but Senator Voldemort (Rick Scott of Florida, a Republican) would also like to make changes to Social Security.

P.S. -- I don't hate you for it. We are still mostly a rules-as-written society.

@kevin-eleven saidI did not know that, I wonder what differences there might be in their ideas ? Is there a link comparing the two? We can look deep inside the wonderment of their minds!

You're not a very convincing liar Joe. A few months back you said you worked at McDonalds, now you're telling us you make $5,200.00 a month and you're giving it to charity? Unless you're a V.P. or regional manager, your income from Micky D's doesn't yield anything close to this, and very few franchise owners pull in this kind of income. Your numbers don't make any sense Spanky! 🙄

@mchill saidThe saddest things about Joe's pathetic habit of lying is how transparent it all is. As if he really doesn't understand that we all know he's lying, that all he has to do is say "But it is so, Shallow!" and we'll all fall for his obvious self-contradictions.

@mchill saidJoe must have been talking about the yearly increase being $5200, maximum monthly benefit is just over 3 grand.

@mchill saidI do a lot of analogies, and of course resort to humor on occasion, as you libs are so prickly!! So, yes, like I also said just yesterday, to Booger, that 'I am a CEO of a factory, and you are asking me to share all my profits, etc etc...' Or once I said 'so, I bought a yacht and created 40 jobs...', such as that.

I think I once said we all live on an island, and you want my hard-earned coconuts....'leave me alone!' So, relax, surely you see when I do that.
Anyway, who we are or what we do is quite irrelevant when discussing issues. Y'all get so personal. And what is the big deal if I say I get SS, millions get diff amounts of SS. I don't get you there. And it is not likely AvJoe would jest about charity. I work with 'at-risk' kids, I am a nice person!! I guess my main theme here is to encourage self-reliance. That's cool, isn't it?
PS: I remember McDonalds. That only young people, first jobs, work there. They move on, they are not expected to be paid 'living wage' to raise families. I was making a point , and I put myself in the place of the owner of the franchise. Dude, man.
@jj-adams saidFunny how the Dems accused Trump of wanting to change Social Security when it was what they were planning to do all along.

Accusing others of what they are doing is a common Dem/Liberal tactic.
Funny how Joe tells us a few months ago he's flipping burgers at Micky D's, and now he's making $5200.00 a month he can afford to give to charity and has enough left over to live on. Funny how you people can dance around all your lies. What's your next deflection? Hunters' laptop? Benghazi? The problem with lying so often is you can't remember what you lied about.
@mchill saidMicky D was an analogy, and frankly, we can all believe that you didn’t get it.

Secondly, I did not say I was making $5200 a month. Where did I say that? You must be speaking about my Social Security benefit, for which I waited a long time to collect. That is not what I ‘make’. Your socialist mindset has you naturally thinking that when someone gets a check from the government, he is making money. Jesus.
Thirdly, unlike you and government supported people, I do not ‘live on’ the $5200. However, if you keep getting my stuff, I may have to resort to that, and be like y’all.
So, what’s the next issue? Or we can talk personally about each other, who we do not even know. Geez. You mad at me, are ‘ya?

@athousandyoung saidOlder retirees, etc. Maybe participating owners? Maybe those who are working towards management positions. Any company grooms possible movers and shakers, who start at the very bottom to see and learn the entire business. How about a single person with no family that is not interested in anything, but making enough money together with a second job to live comfortably. I could give ten more examples, but you are wearing out my fingers for nothing. Really, do you think managers of McDonald’s just walked in one day and started managing a burger business without knowing anything about it? They have to build a foundation. Write me a PM if you’d like for me to go into more detail.
