Just thought I’d remind you, I have known it for a while. I have not given up on Michelle taking his place, but it is taking longer than I thought, so maybe they can’t raise enough money to pay her.

The truth is that she and her family are too good for Washington politics, and she knows it. She wants to protect them from it, not thrust them back in the middle of it. She's happy now, why ruin that?
