The Church has no rights.
The individuals in a church have the right according to my reading of the 1st to the free practice of their religion, and to expect that the government will not establish one in its place.

Catholics include a lot of women who can all choose for themselves whether or not they use birth control.

I don't believe in exemptions from the law on the basis of religion.
Do you believe in the 1st amendment?

Only if it defends gays, illegals, or leftists.

Yes they do.

This regulation in no way infringes said rights.

Maybe the church can set up free health clinics in peoples homes instead of a centralized location. You know, kinda like how the church used to operate in the former USSR.

Of course I do. I have no problem with any person or organization telling people their opinion about birth control.

But I also don't think having a religion should not exempt you from the law. Even though I think marijuana should be legal, I'm NOT for giving Rastafarians an exemption based on their religion. So no, I'm not just trying to protect left ideology.
