Hezbollah warned not to violate truce
Sunday 20 August 2006, 13:42 Makka Time, 10:42 GMT
The Lebanese government, in an unprecedented move, has warned Hezbollah against violating the UN-brokered truce.
In an implicit warning to the militia, Elias Murr, Lebanon's defence minister, said on Sunday that anyone who violated a cease-fire deal by firing rockets into Israel from Lebanon would be arrested and tried by a military court.
"Any violation ... any rocket that would give Israel a justification [to hit Lebanon] will be treated harshly," Murr told a press conference.
"It will be considered as direct collaboration with the enemy," Murr said, adding that those responsible "will be tried and referred to a military tribunal".

I can't find it either. Are you trying to mislead the audience no1?

"We consider that when the resistance (Hezbollah) is committed not to fire rockets, then any rocket that is fired from the Lebanese territory would be considered collaboration with Israel to provide a pretext (for Israel) to strike," Murr said.
He added that "the Lebanese army will decisively deal with" any attack on Israel and that anyone arrested for violating the truce "will be considered by the military tribunal as an agent of the Israeli enemy."
Sounds like he's more worried about Israeli agent provocateurs than Hezbollah.
The Lebanese Defense Minister doesn't seem to be that big of a fan of Israel or that big of a critic of Hezbollah:
The Lebanese army won't disarm Hezbollah but expects the Shiite militia to leave south Lebanon once troops are deployed there, Defense Minister Elias Murr said Monday.
"The army won't be deployed to south Lebanon to disarm Hezbollah, something which Israel wasn't able to do itself," the minister said on the private television station LBC.
"Its role is to ensure the security of the resistance and citizens, to protect the victory of the resistance," Murr said referring to Islamic Resistance, the armed wing of Hezbollah.
"Nevertheless, I reassure you that the resistance will provide maximum cooperation and that once the army is deployed there won't be any arms or armed presence in the area except for the army" and UN forces.

I tried adding an n to the lebano but that didn't work either.

Anyway, the quotes have been reported elsewhere and along with the second quote given above (which answers Ivanhoe's question in part) supplies the proper context of the Defense Minister's comments.

EDIT: In yesterday's Jerusalem Post, for example:
