This works to Hillary's advantage. If, in a vacuum, it were revealed that a computer specialist who deleted Hillary Clinton’s emails despite orders from Congress to preserve them was given immunity by the Justice Department during its investigation into her personal email account (http://www.nytimes.com/2016/09/09/us/politics/hillary-clinton-emails-investigation.html?_r=0) or that her personal server contained emails with classified markings (contradicting her claim) (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/09/08/clinton-email-had-multiple-classified-markings-challenging-her-claim-to-fbi.html), each would be scandalous.
But people are so used to dealing with this issue that they just glaze over every new Hillary email revelation.
It's also to Hillary's advantage that this story has come out incrementally so that each new revelation is not considered a big deal in its own right. If this whole thing had dropped out of the sky at once say, now, she'd be toast.

Hillary's playing fast and loose with security of classified information is absolutely a scandal. That she wasn't indicted doesn't mean it should not be taken into consideration. Even if not criminal, he conduct absolutely shows a "rules are for lesser people" attitude.

Ok, what are her proposals? Free abortions? That's right, having the right to murder your offspring is not enough, now they want me to be forced to pay for it.
Free community college? It will only devalue a degree to the point that a college degree will become the new high school graduation diploma, making adults start their profession much later in life and further ballooning the debt.
Yippee!! Sounds great to me.
