Freedom without control isn't freedom. (Otherwise my freedom to throw eggs at your house negates your freedom to live in a house not pelted by eggs). Censorship/control measures are there to protect people who need protecting.

I agree with the law looking where they need to in order to stop the crazies.
If they think making fun of someone is a crime then the taxpayers can pay to take care of me in prison.
